Simple Summary
This SCCP proposes to decrease taker fees to 5 bp on all markets (aside from ETH and BTC) for a 2-week promotional period. Furthermore, in order to boost the LP APY, this SCCP proposes to divert the Treasury portion of fees (20%) towards LP's for a 1-month promotional period.
