This is a proposal to list Celestia Token (TIA) perpetual on Synthetix Perps.

Motivation

Celestia is a upcoming Cosmos cryptocurrency with focused on data sampling for other blockchains, is launching at October 17 which is an oppoturnity to expand offering on Synthetix Perps.

Specification

Rationale

Celestia is hyped for its launch dued to the soverign rollup narrative and has initated airdrop that covered 576k addresses onchain. There are potential for trading activites to occur on Perps as it is a L1 token on Cosmos.

Technical Specification

The perps market will require Pyth and Chainlink price feed oracle to deployed on OP Mainnet.
